Applying for Student Visa Extension

Steps to follow when applying for Student Visa Extension:

  1. Transact your business with the Coordinator of the International Students Office.
  2. Get the following papers from the Coordinator:
    1. The list of requirements to be completed by the foreign student. All documents that are needed for the processing of Student Visa Extension should be submitted in triplicate (CLEAR/POWDER COPY)---THE ORDINARY COPY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE OFFICE.
    2. Form: PERSONAL DATA OF FOREIGN STUDENT (VISA EXTENSION FOR FOREIGN STUDENT). This should be accomplished in triplicate.
  3. Follow all necessary procedures when requesting some document from the Registrar’s Office.
  4. Submit all the required documents to the Coordinator; make sure that all documents that require your signature or thumb mark are properly accomplished. The Original Copy of your Passport and ACR should also be turned in.
  5. Get the Notice of Acceptance from the University Registrar through his secretary.
  6. Get the fee slip from the Coordinator, and proceed to the Accounting Office for the payment of the required fee.
  7. Submit the OFFICIAL RECEIPT and the FEE SLIP to the Coordinator immediately after you will have received it from the cashier.
  8. Wait for the notice informing you of the time that you can get your Student Visa; in order to facilitate an efficient communication, leave your contact number with the Coordinator.
