  1. All those who completed the academic requirements for their respective titles/degrees as of Summer 2007, October 2007 and March 2008 are included in this year’s graduation.

Note  :    Toga measurement of all colleges  will be done  at  the new location of Warehouse  Extension during

4.   Due  to limited  seating  capacity, each  candidate  may  invite his/her  parents OR  guardians OR  two (2) guests
      only.  Invitees shall be given tickets for admission to the Plenary Hall.
5.   Programs,  together  with  two (2)  tickets  for  parents,  shall  be  distributed to graduating students on March 18
      (Tuesday).
6.   Parents/guardians  of  graduates  with  Latin  honors  and  special  awards  shall   be  given  ribbons  which  they
      should wear upon entering the Plenary Hall.
7.   Everybody  must  come  on  time  for  the  processional.  We  will  not wait for late comers.  Late comers will be
      seated at the back.
8.   Before and  during the academic procession, the tassel should  be  on the left side of the cap until conferment of
      of titles/degrees.
9.   The gowns are to be worn closed at the front.
10.  Graduation Attire:

11.  Only   the  official  photographers  of  CHILD’S  PLAY  PHOTOGRAPHY,  INC. shall  be   allowed  to  take
       pictures during the  ceremony.   No  family  photographers or friend  shall be  allowed to take pictures.
       To avoid inconvenience, do NOT attempt to bring camera in the Plenary Hall.
12.  The giving   of   flowers  or  any   form  of   gift  shall  not  be  allowed  during  the entire  ceremony. Graduates 
       are  advised  to  pin  their  corsage  or  wear       their  garlands  before  going  to  the  assembly  place  to  avoid    
       overcrowding.
13.  Everyone  should  observe  solemnity   during  the  Baccalaureate  Mass  and  the  commencement  exercises.
       Boisterousness and  loud talk must be avoided.
14.  The use of cellphones (calling/answering/texting) is strictly prohibited inside the Plenary Hall.
15.  Smoking, as well as eating and drinking, is prohibited in the hall.
16.  Children below seven (7) years old are not allowed in the hall.
17.  Appropriate attire shall be required for entry in PICC.  Absolutely  no wearing  of  slippers/undershirt (sando) is
       allowed.  PICC reserves the right to refuse entry of any person who is not appropriately dressed.
18.  PICC  shall  exercise  full  authority within its premises and reserves the right to control, regulate, inspect, refuse
       entry  to  or  prohibit  any  person  as  well  as  materials  considered inimical to or which constitute violation of
       Philippine laws, and PICC rules and regulations.
19.  As a  sign  of courtesy  to  the graduates  whose  names  will  be called last,  those who have finished their turn
       will NOT be allowed to leave the hall.  They should wait until the end of the ceremony.
20.  Parents/guests may be asked to  open their  bags  and packages for inspection by security guards at the
 entrance.
21.  Parents/guests must have been seated already at the start of the processional.
22.  The recessional is a part of the ceremony.  Graduates/participants should maintain an orderly march.
23.  Ushers and usherettes will be around to guide/assist the graduates and their parents/guests.
