Office Of Student Affairs

DLSU-D believes in holistic development. While innovative classes and other lectures strengthen academic excellence, the Office Of Student Affairs (OSA) takes care of extra-curricular activities and student development programs.

Under the OSA are the Student Activities Office, Cultural Arts Office, Yearbook Office, Student Development Office, International Students Office, Discipline Office, Reserve Officer Training Corps, and the Civic Welfare Training Services.

These offices manage the interest clubs, professional organizations, military training and other matters concerning the well being of students.

Some of the accredited clubs and organizations include Youth on Fire, BUKLOD, Mountaineering Society, Junior Marketing Association, Business Management Association, Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, Hotel and Restaurant Management Society, Lasallian Pointes' and Flexes (dance troupe), Filipiniana Dance Company, DLSU-D Chorale, among others.

Training programs are prepared and implemented by the Student Development Office. Leadership and comprehensive training seminars, and development modules are likewise designed for student leaders.

Students whose forte is singing, dancing, acting, or doing production work find venue for the expression of their artistic talents in the various performing groups of the Cultural Arts Office.

The Supreme Student Council, Council Of Student Organizations and the Heraldo Filipino, official student publication of the University, are also supervised by the Office of Student Affairs.
