DLSU-D
Student Housing is a Catholic residential home for both
male and female students. A home away from home, it is
a place where students experience the Lasallian spirit
in a safe and sound environment.
Found
at the northern end of the 27-hectare campus, the University
Student Housing has seven condominium buildings. Condominiums
A to E and the new dormitory building house the female
students while condominium F is for male students.
Condominiums
A and D have ten rooms each; condominiums B and C have
eight rooms each. Condominium E has six rooms while condominium
F has eleven rooms.
The
Parents Organization
of La Salle Cavite (POLCA) Condominium has ten studio-type
rooms. Each unit may house a maximum of three persons.
Measuring 25 sq m, each unit has a private toilet and
bath, and a kitchen.
The
new four-storey dormitory, which has 56 rooms, can accommodate
a maximum of five persons per room that measures 33 sq
m. Every floor of the dormitory is provided with a dining
area, a drinking fountain, and a microwave oven.
All
units are fully furnished and a water purifier is even
available for all occupants.

Health
Services
The
school clinic is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
and 8 am to 12 nn every Saturday. In case of emergency,
a driver and a school vehicle are always on stand-by for
students at night. De La sale University Medical Center
is only half a kilometer away from the campus and gives
priority to DLSU-D students.
Canteens
and other services
Just
outside the gate of the residential area are the canteens.
Concessionaires serve meals from breakfast to dinner.
A
bookstore is also accessible at the SBC
building.
Recreational facilities like an Olympic-size swimming
pool, basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis equipment
and others are found at the Palarauang
La Salle (PLS).
Parking
areas are also available at the residential compound.
A
one-way speaker (interphone) is provided fro each room
to facilitate communication among occupants and the office
of the dorm administrator/matron.
Pay
telephones are conveniently located at the Executive House
receiving area, the canteens near the condominium, and
the SBC canteen. Residents may use the telephones from
Monday to Sunday, until 9:00 pm.
Security
is ensured in the compound since a roving guard is designated
24 hours.
