Objectives

The OIPR intends to work cooperatively with all departments and units of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas to undertake projects that will lead to alignment and optimization of university processes and services in support to the university governance.

It hopes to fulfill its mission by engaging in a variety of activities which include

• Review of existing work practices
• Development of policies and procedures
• Redesigning of process flow to eliminate redundancy and duplication of efforts
• Improvement of service delivery and quality by simplifying work and improving control schemes
• Facilitating and organizing of quality assurance training for the academic community
