Methodology

As part of standardizing the internal procedure in process analysis and development, several phases have been defined to ensure that before a set of policies or procedures is finalized, a series of consultations is made not only with the process owner but also with the support units involved in the process. The OIPR, in close coordination with the internal auditor, has taken steps to further enhance the system and ensure that processes are aligned with other unit’s subprocesses.
