Research

The center takes the lead in undertaking undergraduate and graduate studies on Cavite local history. By coordinating the efforts of faculty in undertaking research, the center facilities interdisciplinary collaboration and promotes inter-departmental and cross faculty studies.

Side by side with the University Faculty Research Office, CSC encourages faculty members to conduct research on Cavite history and culture. To date, faculty researches undertaken were on Cavite town histories, folksongs and native delicacies.

Aside from the books released at the center, events and activities being carried out are reported in the Galéon, the official publication of CSC.
