Ministries and Programs
The Worship (Leitourgia) Ministry
The Worship Ministry aims to provide meaningful, relevant, inculturated, and dynamic liturgical celebrations especially the Holy Eucharist. Working with a common framework for Lasallian formation, the ministry seeks to discover God’s active presence in His word, in men and women, in the poor, in the nation, in history, and in ourselves. An authentic Lasallian education is essentially a free and willing collaboration with God in building truly human communities that reflect the values of God’s Kingdom as expressed in the gospel (Lasallian Guiding Principles).
The Research and Communication (Kerygma) Ministry
The Research and Communication Ministry proclaims the message of Christ to the community by gathering, organizing, and disseminating information to bring about communion for a new evangelization.
The Fellowship (Koinonia) Ministry
The Fellowship Ministry invites, empowers, and enables the members of the community to participate in the life of the Church. This is done through community building and faith sharing to experience being a church in the campus in the spirit of faith, zeal for service and communion in mission.
Retreat and Recollection Ministry
Every retreat and recollection is a spiritual encounter with God, meant to be a venue for silence, prayer, reflection and renewal. The Retreat and Recollection Ministry provides all students with spiritual formation through retreats and recollections. Its programs respond to the goal of holistic formation and developmental growth. Moments of prayer, reflection and sharing are provided so that the students may better understand who they are and find God’s presence in their experiences.
Vocation Promotion and Discernment Ministry
The Vocation Ministry aims to accompany the members of the community to discern their vocation. The team will assist the youth in their vocation search to walk with them in faith, to pray with them, to guide them, to help them become aware of God’s loving presence in their personal history so they would voluntarily respond to the will of God. Moreover, as members of the Lasallian Family in the Philippines, the group commits to…“ensuring effective vocation promotion through both community and school efforts and appropriate accompaniment structures.”
