Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo, the university library, is an important resource that supports the instructional, curricular and research undertakings of the academic community. To support these goals, it maintains advanced facilities, multi-media equipment and extensive collections of print materials on various disciplines.
The library is a replica of the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, the home of the first Philippine President General Emilio Aguinaldo. Its facade is a bigger version of the Aguinaldo shrine that contributes to the historical aura of the cultural heritage complex where the library is located alongside the university museum and chapel. The interiors of the building showcase a classic design that replicates 19th century architecture. Moreover, the several function rooms at the library have been named after the 13 martyrs of Cavite to commemorate the heroism and contribution of Caviteños to Philippine history.
It has viewing rooms, discussion rooms, a large gallery, and the Presidents’ memorabilia section. It has a seating capacity of 1,000 students at one time and is fully airconditioned which brings about a convenient and favorable place to study and do research.
