DLSU-D to launch 14th CISAA Games

The Admissions Office in coordination with the Physical
Education Department will launch the 14th Cavite
Intersecondary Schools Athletic Association (CISAA)
Games on November 8 at the Palaruang La Salle.

To be participated in by 21 schools from all over the
province, CISAA Games will feature competitions for boys
and girls in events such as basketball, volleyball, table
tennis and chess. The games will be held for eleven
consecutive Saturdays and Sundays running until
December to accommodate the athletes’ regular school
schedules.

Admission/Institutional Testing and Evaluation Office
Director Jan Philip Mallari says that “CISAA has been
spearheaded by DLSU-D to scout for local talented
athletes who in the future could be part of the university’s
roster of varsity players.” Moreover, CISAA allows young
Caviteño athletes to converge and build new friendships
through sports.
