painting workshop Would you or any one you know want to learn to paint? Then, dont miss Museo de La Salles Oil Painting Workshop on April 25-26. It will be conducted by Noel Escultura, resident artist of the National Museum. The two-day
workshop, open to teachers and students 16 years old and above, will include
lectures on oil painting, materials and tools in painting, theory and
use of colors, basic rules of composition, construction and perspective,
light and shadow rendering, freehand drawing, and still life drawing.

The lecture, to be held at the Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo in April, is in support of LCDCs programs for persons with disability. The De La Salle Alumni Association-DLSU-D Chapter will be holding its 5th Grand Alumni Homecoming, April 27, at the Museum Complex. The whole-day
celebration includes a job fair, business fair, and sports activities. summer tour The DLSU-D administrators had their culminating activity in Northern Luzon from March 22-26. With assistance from the Philippine Tourism Authority, the administrators went to Nueva Ecija, Banawe, Sagada, and Baguio City. They also visited Central Luzon State University and San Jose Christian College (in Nueva Ecija). These visits, according to Venicris Alonsozana, director of the Academic Linkages Office, could lead to possible linkages with said universities. champion cagers Congratulations to the DLSU-D faculty and staff basketball team for bringing home the championship trophy from the recently concluded Dasmariñas Inter-College Athletic Association (DICAA) held at the Dasmariñas municipal basketball court. DLSU-D prevailed over National College of Science and Technology (1st runner up), Technological University of the Philippines (2nd runner up) and Emilio Aguinaldo College (3rd runner up). The DLSU-D team was composed of Rodel Esmilla, Arnel Sanchez, Tom Mercado, Jess Javier, John Casidsid, Cris Alonsozana, Jurry Daniel, Randy Garcia, Joey Legaspi, Neddy Oraña, Ephraim Serrano, Rodel Mercado, Vernon Himor, Ryan Manelab, Florante Woo and Juancho Leansay.
