Faculty Development Programs

    The Mathematics Department commits itself in acquiring further knowledge to serve the students with a quality mathematics education.  The department keeps abreast with new techniques and areas in mathematics by sending faculty members to seminars and workshops related to the field.  The Committee on Faculty Development takes charge of the selection of faculty members who will be sent in those trainings. Aside from off-campus seminars, the department is also active, thru the effort of the committee, in sponsoring seminars for the members of the department.  A series of seminar-workshops is slated every semester.
