Requirements
For Freshmen:
Physical Examination at the DLSU-Dasmariñas Clinic. Students with physical disabilities may take the Adapted Physical Education program. Medical certificate duly signed by the school physicial is required.
For Transferees: Certified true copy of P.E. grades and the corresponding description of P.E. subjects taken.
For swimming classes:
Swimsuit and cap for women
Swimming trunks for men
Padlock for lockers
For other PE classes:
DLSU-Dasmariñas P.E. Uniform
