The faculty members of Professional Education Department of the College of Education at De La Salle University-Dasmarinas, upholding the Lasallian values of faith, zeal, and communion and imbued with a full understanding of all aspects of child development, are called to do the following:

1. develop professional teachers who competently teach courses in their line of specialization;
2. foster a research culture by developing awareness on development and discoveries that are critically useful to address emerging issues and concerns in the context of education;
3. develop effective educators who keep abreast with and are responsive to the needs of a globally competitive nation;
4. instill in every student a deep respect for learning, which is a teacher's wellspring of knowledge

This vision could be realized through updating one's skills, employing new trends, using effective methods, and serving as role models.
