I.  regular PERIOD SCHEDULE

master’s schedule:                                 phd’s schedule:
First Period     =     0800 – 1100       a. m. period   =         0800- 1300
Second period =     1200 - 1500        p. m. period    =         1330 - 1830
Third period    =      1500 - 1800  

II.  SHORTENED PERIOD SCHEDULE (sp)

Sp1: (usually during first day of classes &/or with PM GS-activity)

First Period     =     0800 - 0930        a. m. period     =        0800 - 1030
Second period =     0930 - 1100        p. m. period    =         1030 - 1300
Third period    =      1100 - 1230  

Sp2: (with activity held in-between class periods)

First Period     =     0800 - 1000        a. m. period  = 0800 = 1000  /
* activity         =     1015 – 1300                                 1330 - 1500
Second period =     1330 - 1530       * activity       =  1015 - 1300
