The department is a servicing unit consisting of three disciplines - namely: political science, philosophy, and history and is directly under the College of Liberal Arts in terms of organizational structure. Its strengths as a department primarily lie on the vigorous, creative and dynamic faculty members who excel in their own field of specialization.
