Hotel Nicole
- A 3-bedroom lodging facility accepting room accommodations, reservations and bookings from university guests. It also serves as a training venue for Rooms Division Management and Catering Management courses.
La Casita
-An open-air café located with in the Museo De La Salle offering affordable and delectable dishes as well as catering services. It serves as a training venue for HRM students enrolled in Catering Management & Quantity Food Production courses.
Food Laboratories
-Equipped with complete and state-of-the-art cooking equipment, storage areas, and preparation areas to facilitate food laboratory activities from basic food preparation, quantity food production, baking, and catering management.
Travel Bureau
- Information desk of the BS Tourism students providing first hand information on top destinations locally & world-wide. Visitors may avail of the courteous service of the tourism students which readily provide assistance regarding the Cavite province (Tour packages are also available). This counter serves as a laboratory area for the tourism students.
Campus Gourmet
- An air-conditioned multi-purpose hall located adjacent to the food laboratories. This serves as the venue for catering functions and F&B Management laboratory classes.
