Faculty Development Programs
  • Implement emersion program of faculty in local hospitality enterprises
  • Conduct in-house seminars geared towards the development of faculty.
  • Attend trainings, seminars, and conventions sponsored by the University Hospitality Professional Organization and local government units.
  • Encourage faculty membership in local, international and professional organizations.
  • Organizations include the following:
    • Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the Philippines (COHREP)
    • Tourism Educators of Schools, Colleges and Universities (TESCU)
    • Association of Administrators in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management Educational Institutions (AAHHRMEI)
  • Motivate faculty members to undergo and finish graduate and postgraduate studies.
