Subject Accreditation

For accreditation of MBA/PhD subject(depending on evaluation) from other schools, the following must be submitted:

1. Original Copy of Transcript of Records (2 copies)
2. Original Copy of Course Description of Subjects Taken as validated by the University
Registrar (2 copies)
3. Endorsement Letter from the Dean (2 copies)
4. Letter of Application of Transfer (2 copies)
5. “Accreditation Form“ from the DLSU-D University Registrar.
