A general point average (GPA) of 87% in college degree. Exemptions and conditionality are as follows:
Those whose GPA is below the required 87% may still be allowed to take the entrance examination.
If he/she passes the entrance examination, upon the Dean's approval, he/she may be admitted on probationary status on the first year and that his/her GPA in all basic subjects should be 3.0 with no subject grade lower than 2.75%
One year of meaningful work experience; five years of managerial and three years of supervisory experience for Executive MBA applicants

2 copies of Letter of recommendation from immediate supervisor or former professor
2 copies of Certificate of Employment
Four (4) passport size pictures
B. Foreign Applicants
2 photocopies of student visa and passport
2 copies of resume
2 photocopies of diploma
2 photocopies of college transcript of records and diploma in English, duly authenticated by the local Philippine Embassy
4 passport size pictures
2 copies of Certificate of employment
2 copies of Letter of recommendation from employer
2 photocopies of authenticated birth certificate in native language and with English translation
Note: Submit documents to the Graduate Studies (GS) office in the College of Business Administration building. Foreign applicants should submit a photocopy of the official receipt of payment of foreign student's fee. All applicants should pay the entrance examination and present the receipt to the Institutional Testing and Evaluation Office which will administer the entrance examinations. The second examination on Software Application will be administered by the GSB office at the CBA Bldg. Rm 105. Foreign applicants who fail in the English Proficiency Test are only allowed one retake of the examination.
Transferees
Only transferees from schools with Level 1 accreditation will be entertained. A maximum of 15 units may be accredited. Application is subject to submission and evaluation of the following documents:
• 2 certified true copies of official transcript of college records
• 2 copies of the course descriptions of subjects taken issued by the school registrar
• photocopy of Level 1 accreditation certificate
• 2 copies of letter of application
• Duly accomplished Accreditation Form which can be downloaded from this site
