Philosophy

The College of Business Administration Graduate Studies Department educates and prepares men and women to lead, build and manage small, medium-sized and global corporations, organizations and enterprises that create value for constituencies. Emphasis is on interdisciplinary and cross-cultural knowledge of management principles and practice as well as familiarity with the global market. Due to rapid changes taking place in the business environment, the Graduate School of Business enhances the manager's ability to take advantage of changes in technology, markets, products, processes and the workforce.

It also hones students to think and analyze critically and provides them the ability, drive and skills to make effective decisions. Moreover, it strives to instill in its students an awareness of and sensitivity to issues of ethics, integrity, and concern for society and the environment.
