Enrollment Procedure For New Students
First Step
Go to the Admission Office for Admission Issuance of Student Number
Second Step
Create Student Profile in the MBA-SIS at GSB 103, once okay secure a copy of Pre-Registration then fill- up based on the Class Schedule posted in the MBA Bulletin Board.
Third Step
Submit the accomplished form to
GSB104 the GSB Administrative Assistant for Evaluation at GSB 104
Fourth Step
GSB105
Present evaluated Pre-
Registration Form for Dean's Approval
Fifth Step
GSB103
Proceed at GSB103 for Issuance of Certificate of Registration
Sixth Step
Counter 12
Proceed to the Accounting for clearance with the indication of status (New Student)
Seventh Step
Counter 16
Proceed to Cashier's Window for Paynment
Note: A Student is considered officially enrolled ONLY after he/she has paid the initial payment (50%) of school fees
Eight Step
Counter 1 or 5
Go to the Registrar's office for Application of Student ID and
Registrar Class Card Distribution.Secure Referral Slip for Picture Taking.
Ninth Step
After Payment for ID Picture proceed to the Records Section.
Final Step
Go back to the GSB 105 to Submit Copy of the Pre-Registration form (duly validated by the GSB, Accounting and Registrar) to the GSB Administrative Assistant.

Get a copy of the Pre-Registration Form at GSB105
First Step
Present Student ID and update Student Profile in the MBA-SIS,
GSB103 once okay fill-up pre-registration form based on the class schedule posted in the MBA Bulletin Board.
Second Step
GSB104
Submit accomplished form to the GSB Administrative Assistant for Evaluation.
Third Step
GSB105
Present Previous Class Cards and Final Permit to secure Dean's approval for enrollment.
Fourth Step
GSB103 or 105
Issuance of Certificate of Registration
Fifth Step
Counter 12
Proceed to Accounting for clearance of accounts of previous term
Sixth Step
Counter 16
Proceed to Cashier's Window for Cahier Paynment
Note: A Student is considered officially enrolled ONLY after he/she has paid the initial payment (50%) of school fees.
Final Step
Counter 1 or 5
Go to the Registrar's Office present Student ID for Validation and Class Cards Distribution.
Go back to the GSB 105 to submit processed Pre-Registration Form
