Occupying a sprawling 27-hectare campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite, De La Salle University - Dasmariñas is about 30 kilometers south of Manila via the Manila-Cavite Coastal Road and the Emilio Aguinaldo Highway.
The buildings on campus are located within two geographical areas - The East Campus and the West Campus. The East Campus is occupied by the Colleges of Education, Law Enforcement and Public Safety, Liberal Arts, and Sciences. The bookstore, different laboratories, chapel, museum, and the Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo are also located here.
The Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo, a two-storey building patterned after the Aguinaldo Mansion, is the central source of information for the entire academic community. It provides the print and non print materials which support to the fullest extent possible the various curricula and programs offered by the University.
Situated in the West Campus, 600 meters away from the East Campus, are the Colleges of Business Administration, Technology, the condominiums, dormitories, canteens, and the administration building.
