Emiliano Riego De Dios Emiliano Riego De Dios Hall
 A magdiwang, Emiliano Riego De Dios together with his brother Vicente and Mariano was iniated into the Katipunan by Emilio Aguinaldo on the eve of Kawit's town fiesta on July 21, 1896. He was later elected Minister of Welfare when the Magdiwang Council wa first reorganized in December 1896 and was appointed Politico Military Governor of Cavite upon Aguinaldo's return to Hong Kong. On July 22, 1898, Riego De Dios led the 500-man expedition to the Bicol Region. He also served as Gobernadorcillo and Capitan Municipal before the outbreak of revolution Born on September 7, 1864 in Maragondon, Riego de Dios finished his segunda enseñanza from the Colegio de San Juan de Letran. He enrolled in Ateneo Municipal de Manila for Bachelor of Arts degree. He died on February 14, 1926
