ABD students join Entrep Corner

The Allied Business Department once again showcases the innovative minds and creative talents of its young entrepreneurs at the Entrep Corner, Robinsons Place Imus on May 18 to 31.  This event has been possible through the university’s tie up with  Robinsons Land Corporation through the College of Business Administration as a way to promote youth entrepreneurship.

The opening ceremony is slated on May 20 at 10:00 am. For this, there will be remarks from the university officials and from the management of Robinsons Land Corporation, ribbon cutting, and presentation of student entrepreneurs and their products.

The graduating Entrepreneurial Management students will feature their products as follows:

NOOD A BOX -pasta (red and white sauce) and palabok (orange sauce) served in a box, ready for take out

BUCHIKICK - bite size buchi with ube, yema and chocolate fillings

SWEET PUMPKIN - pastillas, mini cakes and brownies with pumpkin fillings

CREPINOY - crepes with a touch of Filipino flavors (banana, ube and leche flan, mango)

MEKANINTO - rice balls coated with Filipino vian in regular and spicy flavor

KAPE’H - coffee and fruit shakes (Kape’h con Banana, Kape’h con Apple, Kape’h con Pinya, Kape’h con Mango Kape’h con Mais, Kape’yema, Kape’nipig and Kape’stillas)

THINGAMAJIGZ - bags made from used tarpaulines

VAMOOZAYA - skirt convertible to tube top (with length adjustable, part detachable)

 The Performing Arts Group will be performing in support of Entrep Corner on May 30 at 6:00 pm.

Through the Entrep Corner, products of the Entrepreneurial Management students will be showcased at different Robinsons mlls every year. The advocacy is a continuing project that aims to prepare students for their future endeavors by testing their products at the market and honing in them the skills and talents they need to succeed in the business world.
