De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D), a community devoted to history, spirituality, culture and the arts, has been a leading academic institution in the CALABARZON.
The university has immensely given attention to community outreach, spiritual growth, cultural enrichment, environmental protection, research, and learning. Having earned CHED’s grant of the deregulated status, PAASCU’s level three reaccreditation and the university’s citations (Center of Dev’t. for Excellence in IT Education & Academic Center For Excellence in Biodiversity Conservation), DLSU-D sustains excellence in academics and services it provides. In addition, the outstanding performance of our graduates in licensure exams and the abundant recognition that students and faculty receive mark the zeal brought about by Lasallian education and training. With all its accomplishments and contributions, this 29-hectare campus in Dasmariñas, Cavite has been impressively progressing.
This 2007, DLSU-D celebrates a year-round commemorative of its 3Oth Foundation with an emphasis on the impending years of bigger challenges & aspirations as a Lasallian Institution. Now and then, DLSU-D is CREATING POSSIBLITIES.

Thirty20 logo explanation
The logo is made of five design elements (square, Lasallian star, 30, 20, and DLSU-D) combined and arranged to capture the past, present, and future of the University.
The square represents the academic institution. It is done in green, the representative color of De La Salle Philippines, Inc., to affirm that the University goes by the standards and values set forth by the Corporation as a whole. As a geometric figure, the square exudes the qualities of stability, equality, harmony, and exact agreement found in the University.
At the right corner of the square is the Lasallian Star. This five-pointed star, more widely known as the Signum Fidei Star or Star of Faith, is the distinguishing mark of all members of De La Salle Philippines, Inc. It is the symbol of the La Salle Brothers (Fraternum Scholarum Christianarum). The five vertices of the Star represent benevolence, civility, humanitarianism, service-oriented goals, and scientific pursuit.
There are two numbers that appear from the square - thirty and twenty.
Thirty is placed at the background. Its position in the logo communicates the thrust of the University to pay reverence to the rich history of honor and excellence that goes back to the time when it was still known as General Emilio Aguinaldo College (GEAC) - Cavite.
Twenty is placed beneath the thirty and takes on a bigger form. Placed at the foreground, the number 20 serves two distinct meanings:
1) It indicates the number of years that the Institution has been under the care of the DLSU Brothers; and,
2) it acts as the solid base on which the name DLSU-D rests. The thick font the number and the acronym take signifies strength. The font goes beyond the frame of the square to highlight how the University values out of the box thinking, freedom of expression, and accessibility to information, its continuing pursuit of moving forward and doing its noble mission of serving God and Country, thereby fortifying its image as a religious and patriotic institution.
