PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualifications:
*A Licensed Civil Engineer
*At least 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in a real estate development company preferably with experience in preparing cost estimates for housing, land development and amenities including budget, change order costs breakdown and owner supplied materials
*Proficient in preparing bid documents, bill of quantities, cost estimates, variations and claims, contract preparation and administration
Knowledgeable in Construction Management and Project Scheduling
*AutoCAD literate will be an advantage
*Male or Female not more than 35 yrs old
