Building Administrator

Responsibility:
*The Building Administration Officer shall be responsible in the supervision of maintenance services to ensure that proper upkeep of the mall including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with Company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements:
*Must be a graduate of BS Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering
*At least 3 years working experience in related field
*Highly analytical, decisive & has high regard to customer service
*With strong leadership & interpersonal skills
