Management Trainee
The SM Group of Management Companies is in constant search for young high-potential professionals to be part of our management group. The selected candidates will join our elite team of management trainees in a six-month rigorous training at the SM Corporate Offices in Metro Manila. Requirements:
To be eligible for this program, you have to meet the following qualifications:
*Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate Program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Accounting/Finance, Behavioral Science or International Studies from a prestigious university in the Philippines or abroad
*Work experience: 1-2 years for the Officership Program; 3-5 years for the Management Program. Fresh graduates from Honors’ Courses and/or international universities/colleges are encouraged to apply
*Applicants for the Officership Program should be between the ages of 21 to 25; and 26 to 30 years old for the Management Program
*Preference will be given to applicants who have a record of international travels, studies or internships
*Excellent English communication skills
*Proficiency in another foreign language is a definite advantage
*Dynamic, intelligent, creative and confident individuals who are able to work effectively under pressure
*They should be willing to travel and to relocate to Metro Manila for at least six months
