Mall Manager
Responsibility:
*The Mall Manager shall be responsible in managing the over-all operational concerns of the mall including the physical management of the mall, security and maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds and perform other tasks to keep the mall running smoothly. These tasks include making inspections; promoting tenant, customer and community relations with the Local Government Unit (LGU), Non-Government Organizations, and key business sectors; coordinating mall activities or special events; overseeing building renovations; performing compliance reviews and administering programs which will protect and enhance the performance and income of the mall.
Requirements:
THIS IS A SENIOR MANAGER LEVEL POSITION and applicants must possess the following competencies:
*Young, aggressive and career-driven
*With extensive managerial experience in the areas of Management, Customer Service and Tenant Relations or have gained considerable experience in customer-oriented service industries, preferable, in restaurants and fast food chains
*Strongly committed to customer satisfaction
*With high attributes of initiative, leadership and tenacity
*Keen on details and with good sense of judgment; and
*With excellent verbal and written communication skills
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
*Background in Building Administration or Mall Operations, Property, Safety and Security Management
*Knowledge of foreign language
*International exposure: whether on business, work, pleasure or study
