Capacity Planning Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Plans and manages required space and seat capacity of Sykes
*Analyzes capacity and utilization metrics
*Manages fit-out and interior design of all sites
**Monitors construction of new sites
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree preferably in Arts, Interior Design or Architecture
*At least five years experience in fit-out and interior design projects, specialized in office buildings
*At least five years experience in project management
*Working experience in a multinational company
*Experience in dealing with commercial lessors, contractors and suppliers
